JOB PURPOSE

  • Sports Data Collection in a multi-task real-time environment
  • Trouble-shooting and quality management for Scouts
  • 1st Level Support for Scouts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transform visual sports information inputs into Data
  • Processing information into proper software
  • Fast Data input delivery
  • Correcting and adjusting scores and statistics during the game
  • Confirming the correctness of events
  • Communicating with a team of Supporters
  • Reporting Data according to internal standards
  • Supervising Scouts
  • Comparing Scouts performances to live tickers
  • Assisting Scouts during their games
  • Correcting and adjusting scores and statistics during the game
  • Confirming the correctness of events
  • Documenting incidents and mistakes
  • Communicating with a team of Supporters and Administrators

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English
  • Communicative and outgoing personality
  • Trustworthy, reliable and tolerant
  • Available for nights and weekends shifts, including Bank holidays
  • Flexible working shifts
  • In-depth sports knowledge
  • Professional approach to work (respect, punctuality)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • Acquaintance with the use of technical devices (smartphones, computers)
  • Ability to work under pressure
