We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist who can headhunt the right talent for our global organisation. Are you a real head-hunter who makes use of new, online recruitment techniques in finding the best people for Unit4? Are you creative in your recruitment strategies and do you use the right tone-of-voice and employee journeys in your targeting? What you will do

  • You continuously look for the best talent and you manage the sourcing and pre-screening/interviewing stage of the recruitment process;
  • You leverage online recruiting resources and our in-house ATS;
  • You develop quick, strategic and creative sourcing strategies/programs that gain the attention of potential hires;
  • You develop an effective pipeline of high potentials available for immediate hire;
  • You are a business partner for the organisation: you advise, support and improve current processes;
  • You report monthly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition on job and candidate analytics.

Your approach

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you start off by sitting together with the hiring managers and recruiters to define profiles, target groups and steps you will undertake to find the right candidates. In delivering the best people for the job, you make use of your own network. In the end, you continuously search for new ways to source talent for Unit4, like to share new innovations with the team and other colleagues, and you are not shy to use real data to improve your recruitment process.

Your profile

  • Bachelor in a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and secondary language (Portuguese, Spanish, German or French);
  • Knowledge of an ATS;
  • Knowledge of using social media and job boards for recruitment activities;
  • You have a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • You pay close attention to detail, organization, and are able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
