The Inside Sales Representative (ISR)/ Virtual Account Manager will have had experience in a business-to-business setting, preferably in a technology field, selling to commercial accounts with average annual revenues of 100M+.

The ISR will be selling BitSight products via phone, email, Skype, and other remote presentation methods in a full sales cycle capacity; experience selling through both a direct & indirect channel are preferred. Prospecting via phone for new customers and opening new accounts is an important part of the role. Salary negotiable for candidates who have a proven track record of opening new accounts through cold calling into net new accounts.

Responsibilities & Experience Requirements:

  • Provide product demonstrations of BitSight Technologies product line
  • Open new accounts by planning and organizing daily schedule of prospecting campaigns by aggressive customer outreach via phone and email
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue results to management
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Work closely with Marketing to process leads and provide feedback on Marketing campaigns
  • 3-5 years of successful experience as an inside sales professional; candidates will be asked to provide data on quota attainment
  • Experience carrying a quota for 500K annually
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, German, and French are preferred. (salary negotiable for candidates who are professionally proficient in Spanish, German, and French)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preference
  • Experience in IT Security (preference)
