The PS Lead exists to drive sustained business performance and execution in Public Sector within a subsidiary/region. They are responsible for driving high level engagement and sales with government, educational, health and other publicly funded entities. The PS Lead adds value by providing the strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of the PS Business inclusive of the Enterprise and SMS&P business. The overall health of the business and the success of the strategies implemented by the PS Lead are assessed through realization of the targeted business results (revenue & scorecard), targeted customer & partner satisfaction results (NSAT/CPE), and organizational capability and health measures (WHI, LHI, Manager Feedback). The PS lead drives the National Plan for the subsidiary, driving strategic execution and creating stronger market influencing national technology policies.
