With the guidance from a Senior Consultant, he/ she will:
Evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Talisma/ CampusNexus CRM functionality.
Provide in-depth participation on the business requirements review, the definition of the statement-of-work, the implementation as well as on the user acceptance testing phase of the project.
Assist in pre-sales processes and requirement discussions.
Responsible for documenting the business requirements to express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Conduct project reviews to ensure compliance with project goals and operability of solution. Manages the quality of the deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
Follow the implementation methodology for Talisma/ CampusNexus CRM.
Responsible for configuring and customizing the Talisma/ CampusNexus CRM application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
Maintain and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications, customizations or add-ons are required, either to processes or to the Talisma/ CampusNexus CRM application.)
Train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the CRM application.
Conduct Talisma/ CampusNexus CRM demonstrations.
Drive continuous process improvement in the implementation methodology and best practices.
Handle escalated customer issues. Responsible for transition to Support.
Skills, Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in related field.
Consulting experience on CRM products with focus on business modelling and software implementation preferred.
2+ years working with project teams in software installation, configuration, customization and implementation with CRM packages.
2+ years of experience conducting highly visible presentations, formal classroom training on software applications or in a technical field preferred.
2+ years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft technologies (C#/VB, ASP.NET, SQL Server, TSQL, Windows Server, IIS) and other technologies (HTML, Jscript, Web Services)
Ability to quickly learn new technologies to explain all products and services.
Software troubleshooting skills required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven effective listening skills.
Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of 2 European languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish or German) is mandatory; working proficiency on a 3rd language will be valued.
Solicits different viewpoints; shares knowledge and insights.
Ability to follow a project plan with attention to detail and follow through.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team and matrixed environment.
Able to influence, negotiate and build consensus.
Must be able to travel 15% to 40% and flexible to work additional hours at customer site as requested.
