Reporting to the Sustainable Commuinities Manager, this professional will be responsible for creating standards and processes on worker welfare, coordinate workers’ audits, make sure the action plans are created, ongoing and based on the company’s policy, study the impact of new procedures on workers’ production, create budget analysis and develop programs to promote the company’s best practices.

The ideal candidate should have a HR or Social Science Degree, previous experience in health and security at work, strong knowledge of the portugues labour law, knowledge of Portuguese and English, good communication skills, costumer orientation and availability to live in southwest Alentejo. Experience in the agri sector is a plus.
