Integrated in the Shared It Department, will be responsible for:
- Support functional requirements specification and their analysis;
- Estimation, conception and development of solutions;
- Coordination of implementation with HR teams;
- Provides recommendation about best practices of integrating the HCM SuccessFactor with internal and external systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences;
- At least 3 years of experience across multiple SF modules;
- SF EC Certification;
- Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud Integrations tools (Boomi, SAP HANA Cloud);
- Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management;
- Good database knowledge (DML, DDL, physical data modelling);
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Autonomous and fast learner;
- Good communication and customer focus skills.
