Provide Hardware and Software On Site Installation Service as well as Post-Installation hardware and software service and support both on site and via remote connection for our customers medical environment for Direct
Radiography, Computed Radiography, Printing and available attached Connectivity Devices.
Provide Equipment and System Maintenance as well as Modification Activities both on site and via remote
Provide all required regulatory activities, legal testing and verification checks and assessments.
Improve customer satisfaction with active participation in offering extended service activities and programs
Continuously monitor and maintain personal Field Service Parts Stock to requested levels, also continuous monitor maintenance status for dedicated equipment
Is responsible for maintaining personal tools and measurement devices (care, operability and calibration)
Follow all processes and requirements for administrative and organizational activities
Responsible for company car following respective car policy
Delivers solution to the customer and CSH on time and at the lowest cost possible
Establish good communications and relationship with customers.
Present a professional image and promote customer confidence.
Individual will contact customers, set up appointments, and communicate effectively during on-site visits.
Follow escalation processes and communicate to the appropriate level regarding problem equipment or customer satisfaction issues.
Ensures data integrity in call reporting, expense reporting and other administrative requirements.
Diagnose/repair equipment according to established processes, documents, service manuals, and software tools.
Train and provide simple repair information to customers for operating their system
Some territories may require extended travel and overnight stay.
Continues to develop skills towards new technologies.
Degree in electronics / electrical engineering, certified technical engineer (electronics or x-ray) or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Experience in technical field service, (minimum of 2 years preferred)
Good skills in mechanical work
X-Ray fundamentals knowledge desired
Good skills with installation of PC hardware and associated software.
Strong software skills with handling of Windows XP / Windows 7, Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Network Protocols, related functions and connectivity
Understanding of DICOM
Native Portuguese speaker.
