What you will do

  • You investigate, document and resolve the application problems passed to the Customer Services Support team via Unit4 Business Software’s call logging system;
  • You act as a mentor and train less experienced members of the team on product knowledge, skills and processes;
  • You identify opportunities for service improvement;
  • You are responsible for your own personal development plan.

Your approach

As Senior Support Consultant you will be viewed as a trusted advisor in helping customer, internal clients and colleagues with technical questions. As you play an important role in managing these technical questions you want to make a significant impact in resolving them successfully. You are also driven to gain full benefit of our solutions and services, which makes you enthusiastic in sharing customer insights with colleagues. Furthermore, you will use your analytical mind in strategically identifying processes that can be improved or developed to meet the needs of your customers.

We ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with key business processes and working in an Agresso or UBW environment;
  • Solid application understanding of Unit4 products, which you will support (i.e. by module or process);
  • Detailed knowledge of functionality, installation, maintenance and typical use cases;
  • Very good knowledge of RDBMS and of SQL;
  • Accounting Qualification(s) and understanding of ITIL preferred preferred;
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Great analytical skills.
