Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the collections team, providing its operational support;
  • Ensure telephone billing for clients in the company’s various business areas;
  • Monitor and ensure the preparation of maps on the evolution of clients’ debt;
  • Ensure the preparation, review and enforcement of collection policies;
  • Produce reports of area activity.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or similar areas;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar functions;
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of Spanish;
  • Negotiation abilities under collections;
  • Leadership, Planning and Organization skills;
  • Proactivity, ease of communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
  • Sense of responsibility and orientation towards objectives and deadlines.
