Our team in Lisbon is looking for an enthusiastic person who would like to join their team in the role of Junior Support Analyst. In this role, you can make the difference for your customers. With your technical knowhow and supporting skills you make sure that our software fits the way they work, so they can focus on what really matters: helping their customers and people. What you will do

  • You examine support requests and provide customers with a solution, work around or action plan;
  • You monitor the progress of each problem through to conclusion; liaising with colleagues and R&D;
  • You identify opportunities for service improvement;
  • You are responsible for your own personal development plan.

Your approach

As Junior Support Analyst you are actually the face and first point of contact to customers and you will be viewed as a trusted advisor in helping them with technical questions. As you play an important role in managing these technical questions you want to make a significant impact in resolving them successfully. You are also driven to gain full benefit of our solutions and services, which makes you enthusiastic in sharing customer insights with colleagues. Furthermore, you will use your analytical mind in strategically identifying processes that can be improved or developed to meet the needs of your customers.

We ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, with key business processes and working with
  • ERP/Finance/Procurement systems, Agresso/UBW preferred;
  • Knowledge of RDBMS;
  • Previous experience of working in a Service/Support environment;
  • Accounting Qualification(s) and understanding of ITIL preferred;
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Great analytical and SQL skills;
  • Customer focused.
