Role Requirements: Develop an understanding of the core skills and key responsibilities for each role and write engaging job descriptions marketing the opportunities to potential candidates by being embedded in all aspects of the business.
Candidate Attraction: Build a compelling employment brand, recruitment marketing strategy and career’s website in alignment with company mission, values and employment value proposition to engage the world’s top talent as well as raising awareness of the Uniplaces’ talent brand
Candidate Experience: Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process but monitoring and refining candidate interactions and candidate service
Candidate Assessment: Develop detailed case studies and candidate tests for each role that represent as closely as possible what candidates will do on the job and will provide insights on cultural fit and values alignment
Induction: Revamp the global induction program by collaborating cross-functionally to create an authentic employee experience that ensures the right preparation for success.
Talent Planning: Work closely with hiring managers to build a hiring roadmap for the company for the next 6 and 12 months; build succession plans and progression routes;
Talent Reporting: Establish, track and refine an agile and insightful report to measure the efforts and success of all talent management related aspect
As Head of Talent you will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture and directly manage 2 recruiters/talent managers. You will operate mainly from the HQ in Lisbon but regular short duration travel will be required to our offices in London, Madrid, Milan and Berlin.
