The Marketing Analytics Lead role reports to Central Marketing Organization (CMO) lead as part of the M&O field organization. CMO leads the holistic marketing communications discipline across the subsidiary and in some cases the Multi-Sub Areas (MSAs). It provides end-to-end marketing communications planning, strategy, execution and optimization, and is the center of excellence for Social and Digital marketing.
CMO drives Marketing LT Governance across Consumer and Commercial and Services businesses and segments, and is instrumental in driving marketing transformation infrastructure and policies (i.e., MOGS Steering Committee). The Marketing Analytics Lead role provides key marketing operations leadership while delivering insights and local knowledge based on analytics and business intelligence to inform business and marketing decisions within the subsidiary (e.g. agency relationships, MCS services expertise, execution planning, marketing efficiency measurement, scorecard target attainment, and data strategy).
This role directly impacts the overall execution of all Area/Subsidiary sales and marketing activities by leveraging marketing data to create insights that yield additional revenue opportunities and improve CPE. The Marketing Analytics Lead role supports the roll-out of key marketing and sales processes and tools, and owns customer data acquisition, maintenance and quality strategies across the Area’s/Subsidiary’s SMSG team.
