The Software Training Manager is responsible for and should have experience…

Developing training strategies and plans that meet the needs of the business, balancing the costs with the urgency of those needs

Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the training team’s management processes, course offerings, and delivery methods

Managing training development projects and being accountable for the project’s scope being completed on time and within budget

Coaching and mentoring the training team and others on instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure training is effective and meets defined objectives

Evaluating the effectiveness of training and assessing the learning and skill development achieved by students

Hiring, developing, and managing a team of trainers

This role is based in Atlanta or Lisbon, but with availability to travel Worldwide.
