Adecco Recursos Humanos recruits Accounting Specialist (m/f)

Main tasks and activities:

  • Review PtP-related accounts, balance sheets and provide information and support. Support month-end closing and intercompany reconciliation.
  • Control payment timeliness and correctness. Handle and coordinate questions and issues regarding expense claims and complaints.
  • Route and send documents to the right stakeholder. Arrange approvals for invoices. Coordinate requests for unblocking invoices.
  • Provide instructions for clearing items in the GR/IR reconciliation process.
  • Coordinate urgent payment requests.
  • Activate clearing between vendor & customer and check legal requirements.
  • Answer questions from management and solve issues (clarifications, resolution) regarding expenses audits.
  • Participate in audits.


  • Commercial/Finance education (preferably at BSc level).
  • Strong accounts payable & VAT understanding as well as experience.
  • SAP/ERP knowledge and good all-round IT skills.
  • Good communication skills both in writing and by telephone (e.g. informing, explaining, persuading).
  • Solution-driven, pro-active approach.
  • Understanding of processes (workflow, PtP) and able to identify improvement opportunities and implement those.
