Already well established in Luxembourg and Belgium, we enjoy the first big companies being our happy customers, allowing us to organise the next strategic steps for the future of our company.

Currently located in Luxembourg and Brussels, we looked into a potential new great spot in Europe to relocate our development team and we took the decision, to select the great city of Porto to open our third office. With a great variety of talented people, a friendly business environment and the potential for us to offer our employees great living and working standards, Porto is the right spot.

As an assistant to the management you would be working on the key administrative tasks that are related to run our company in Porto. Both managers will stay in Luxembourg and so your responsibility will be to work closely together with them, although located in different countries. Your role is key to keep the daily business organized and communicate constantly to the managers. Event management/assisting, traveling between countries, agenda management and many more diverse tasks will make your daily work a great and various environment. On top of that, we want you to bring some interests for technology as we plan tasks related to work with our software (described below).

We are willing to pay a start NET salary of 900€ with a potential to quickly grow in your career responsibilities and salary levels. You will be the point of contact between the managers and all other people that reach out from Porto. It is a very exciting opportunity that is linked to a growing career path in a fast growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • As stated in the description above, your tasks will be related to communicating between the three countries, coordinate operations and manage the daily administrative side of the business in Porto.
  • This means that you must be a person that can adapt to a young dynamic team within a fast moving environment, keep deadlines and report/communicate in the most structured ways, but also be a team player that keeps motivation and focus of all the team in required moments.
  • You will work very closely with the managers, organize their trips, keep track of their agenda and potentially travel between countries if required.

Part of your weekly tasks will also be related to work on our technology and with the development team that will be in Porto. As our vision is to offer a great experience while using our software, we also want you to challenge it and help us improve its quality. You will take part in making the platform more stable. By having access to our testing environment, it will be part of your responsibilities to help us push it to the limit.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Minimum: Bachelor in Business or related topics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good English & Portuguese oral and writing skills
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Time/deadline/agenda management
  • Event/trips planning/organizing

Please note: We consider no one with more than 5 years of experience!!

Nice to have:

  • Background in (Portuguese) law
  • Proven experience as assistant
  • Knowledge in oral and written French
  • Masters in administrative field
  • Enthusiast about technology/HR
  • Ability to lead
  • Knowledge of Porto
  • Experience abroad is a strong plus
