Adecco Recursos Humanos recruits Payroll Administrator (m/f).

Main tasks and activities:

  • Assists with payroll administration
  • All maintenance-data entry for all personnel transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Prepare, review, analyze, maintain, and distribute accurate standard and ad hoc payroll and time and labor reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity in regular and quarterly payroll reports
  • Assists with benefits administration
  • Assists with the processing of Leaves of Absence, such as Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability
  • Assists with miscellaneous HR/Finance projects as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience
  • English proficiency
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Intermediate MS Office skills


  • Contract with client
