We are hard-working, innovating, flexible, friendly and successful and we are looking for a Marketing Communications Professional.

Mission

Provide support on the implementation of the Marketing Plan, Events’ Management and PR activities in order to fulfill the Company’s needs.

Responsibilities/ Tasks

Support the implementation of the Marketing Plan:

  • Execute agreed initiatives in line with set timescales & budgets, drafting go to market goals in conjunction with the marketing, sales and product teams;
  • Devise and present ideas and strategies;
  • Prepare briefings for online and offline marketing materials, managing the suppliers’ relationships with a proactive attitude focused on negotiation;
  • Gather and analyze marketing initiatives’ data in order to monitor performance.

Support Events’ Management activities:

  • Organize international events and product exhibitions;
  • Assure bookings for catering, accommodation, transport and excursions.

Support PR activities:

  • Provide support on all the PR activities of OLAmobile Group;
  • Write reports, company brochures, media kits and similar documents.

Requirement

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Media, Marketing, Public Relations or International Relations.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 2 years of previous work experience in a similar role, namely on Event’s Management.

Languages:
