  • Design and implement overall recruitment activities;
  • Assure the recruitment process from end-to-end;
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, regular job boards, social media, etc.;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience;
  • Assure the onboard of new employees;
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.


  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related;
  • Proven professional experience as a Recruiter (at least 2 years);
  • Interest for IT / Mobile and related areas;
  • Hands-on profile;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory), and Spanish (relevant).
