The Role

As an Account Manager your core responsibility will be the delivery of POS/POSM campaigns. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day print requirements. You will quickly develop an understanding of your clients business and industry sector. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. You will also manage supplier relationships, reviewing these regularly to ensure all print is delivered within set SLA’s.

The Required Skills and Experience

It goes without saying that an Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of 2D POS and ideally knowledge of Commercial Print. You will possess a proven track record in Client Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. To be successful as the Account Manager, you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective solutions for client requirements. You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a must. You will have a history of managing supplier relationships.
