This position offers an opportunity to play an integral role in defining how we look at and think about the whole EMEA Inbound Sales business.
The Business Analyst in a sales organization plays a critical role with providing analysis, insight & recommendations to MS management to drive a step change in results across the customer lifecycle focusing on Inbound Sales, consumption & retention.
The candidate will work with the Inbound Sales team on planning, strategy and process improvement.
•Analyzing site traffic, customer behavior, market dynamics and partner performance to drive meaningful insight
•Develop actionable recommendations from those insights to drive success (increased traffic, qualified pipeline, higher win rate)
•Partner with and drive alignment at senior level to influence final decision / outcomes
•Engages with field sales team on partner escalations, feedback and pipeline review
•Passionate and experienced in building business insights and identifying opportunities for improvement
•Has exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal
•Self-motivated, independent thinker able to deal with ambiguity
•Deeply analytical and detailed-oriented, but capable to understand and articulate the bigger picture
•Excellent at planning and project management – ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and prevent last minute fire drills
•Previous experience in sales organization strongly valued
•Proficiency of English language both verbal & written
