We have awesome investors (DFJ, Salesforce Ventures and Storm Ventures), a superb team of 200 employees worldwide, and we’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide in person and phone/remote based support of all hardware, software and operating system issues.


  • Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Apple Mac OS laptops and PC laptops
  • Install and configure software
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts
  • Maintain excellent communication with all end users
  • Work with outside vendors as needed
  • Execute other assigned tasks as delegated
  • Promote service excellence


  • 1+ years setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Mac OS X and iOS devices in a networked environment
  • Strong skills in debugging wifi issues
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures
  • Experience of setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 7/8/10
  • Experience supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android
  • Experience supporting remote users
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc)
  • Knowledge of Google Apps
  • Proficiency in English


Experience with or interest in Linux, IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, bash scripting, Deploystudio, OS X Server, Okta or other SSO solutions)
