  • Master’s degree or equivalent Business or Engineering university;
  • 0-3 years of operational experience in business projects’ deployment phases;
  • Project management and methodology: planning, monitoring / follow-up, reporting, governance/coordination;
  • Knowledge of CIB business and e-Banking notions are a plus;
  • Project management and methodology: framing, planning, monitoring / follow-up, reporting, governance;
  • Strong experience in team management;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills;
  • Change Management experience, training organization and provision;
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory;
  • Available to a training period abroad (up to 3 months).


  • Coordination of the client migration process;
  • Serve as single point of contact between the local teams and central teams and handle all incoming requests liaising with the relevant team;
  • Follow up on the following Centric roll-out transversal streams/tasks only for the senior role.
