Assure Alarm Monitoring of Networks associated equipment’s and platforms, site infrastructure, and transmission, ensuring alarm/event detection, registration and resolution/dispatch related incidents, working in shifts.
In addition to alarm monitoring, it is considered all remote activities necessary to identify and solve incidents/failures or promote actions in order to search the necessary conditions to assure service restoration. Guarantee also interface with other technical teams external or internal, response to issues related with active incidents and faults.
Education / experience, University degree in Telecommunication or related fields and compatible professional experience, preferable experience of one year in similar activity Technical background, and language knowledge (written and spoken), English, Portuguese and Spanish.
