Goal: to provide IT site support to Stanley Black&Decker end users (mainly from Portugal).

Tasks:

  • Manage IT Assets: PC hardware, software licenses, peripherals and mobile technologies
  • Windows PC hardware deployment (build, configure & deploy)
  • Software deployment (new versions of Windows, Office etc.) via SCCM or manually
  • IT support for internal end-users (according to procedures), both on-site & remotely
  • Cooperation with internal ServiceDesk (Helpdesk): resolve issues that have been assigned by ServiceDesk to the Site Support team
  • Troubleshoot desktop applications, printers, workstations, laptops and peripherals
  • Participate in the assessment of new IT technologies & other IT related projects

Requirements:

  • Work experience in an IT support environment (preferred in a large corporation)
  • Portuguese language: very good, English: solid communication,
  • Spanish language: good communication (major advantage)
  • Experience with administering: Windows (7/10), MS Office
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
  • Driver’s license B (preferred)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, customer minded
  • Occasional flexibility (normal working hours, but available to help outside working hours in case of an emergency)
