Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Arranging travel, and accommodation as and when required;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, in order to ensure that only relevant issues are passed on;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
  • Carrying out research on a diverse range of issues when required;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Organizing meetings and attending whenever required;

Requirements

  • Experience of a minimum of three years in a similar role;
  • A Secretarial or Administration University Degree;
  • Fluent in English;
  • A good command of Spanish is highly recommended;
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Good knowledge of Information Systems;
  • Dynamic and Proactive;
  • Good Stress Management Skills;
  • Excellent Priority setting Skills;
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
