HR Administrative Assistant (m/f)
Your main tasks will be:
- Provide support to the payroll;
- Manage employees data;
- Control vacations and absenteeism;
- Contracts management;
- Provide support to the employees regarding the Human Resources policies and work law.
Our profile of preference:
- Degree in Human Resources or similar;
- 6 months of experience in similar tasks;
- Knowledge of the Portuguese work law;
- Good knowledge of payroll;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- MS Office user;
- Responsible person;
- Good communication skills;
- Time and stress management skills.
- Replacement of a maternity leave;
