HR Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Your main tasks will be:

  • Provide support to the payroll;
  • Manage employees data;
  • Control vacations and absenteeism;
  • Contracts management;
  • Provide support to the employees regarding the Human Resources policies and work law.

Our profile of preference:

  • Degree in Human Resources or similar;
  • 6 months of experience in similar tasks;
  • Knowledge of the Portuguese work law;
  • Good knowledge of payroll;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • MS Office user;
  • Responsible person;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Time and stress management skills.
