- Find and quickly provide a solution to the customer under our internal procedures for IT equipment: computers, tablets, smartphones, mp3, etc.;
- Updating and creating customers profiles;
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent French level;
- Professional experience in IT, telecommunications – Technical support;
- Good communication skills, team spirit, flexibility and stress resistance.
