This professional will integrate the department’s outsourcing FAS – Information Systems, to develop functions of IT Servicedesk Technician.
- IT Support by phone or e-mail to end users, technicians and other maintenance teams;
- Creation and recording technical problems;
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting;
- Clarification and support to users.
- Fluent in Finnish and Portuguese/English;
- Experience in IT Support to End users;
- Teamwork person;
- Full availability and immediate.
