Function Description:

  • The IT Service Desk will provide first line technical support to our clients.
  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails.
  • Receiving, logging and managing calls via telephone and email.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in Swedish and Portuguese/English
  • Experience in end user support (helpdesk or service desk)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Network Protocols, Anti-Virus
  • Knowledge of ITIL based support systems
  • Troubleshooting incidents/requests in PC’s, Printers, Windows OS, Hardware.
