Join our Administrative team in SONAE’s Corporate Center, in Matosinhos, we are currently looking for a:
- Administrative Coordinator (m/f)
- Manage and control the quality of accounting information and third-party movements and account balances;
- Evaluate the efficiency and integrity of the processes managed by administrative teams;
- KPI’s analysis;
- Developing action plans and monitoring results with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Team management.
- Degree in Management or Economics;
- Minimum 4 year experience in similar functions or within financial audit/consulting areas;
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Office tools, mainly Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity;
- Initiative, autonomy and proactivity;
- Ease of communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
