Join our Administrative team in SONAE’s Corporate Center, in Matosinhos, we are currently looking for a:

  • Administrative Coordinator (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control the quality of accounting information and third-party movements and account balances;
  • Evaluate the efficiency and integrity of the processes managed by administrative teams;
  • KPI’s analysis;
  • Developing action plans and monitoring results with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Team management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management or Economics;
  • Minimum 4 year experience in similar functions or within financial audit/consulting areas;
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Office tools, mainly Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity;
  • Initiative, autonomy and proactivity;
  • Ease of communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
