Triggerise is looking for a part time (24 hours per week) junior finance manager for our activities in Porto. You will have the opportunity to be responsible for the end to end administration of a company that is growing fast and we want you to grow with us. These activities will include salaries administration, reporting and VAT and other tax returns and other stuff like implementing a new financial administration system, helping with cost management and being involved in projects that will impact people positively all over the world.
The nature of our work puts us regularly into territories where there is little or no precedent. In these environments confidence and a bias for action trump expertise or fancy qualifications. Only people with the right attitude survive here, and those who do end up loving everything about it.
Over years of working in these markets all of us made our share of mistakes and we’ve learned a thing or two about recruiting the right people. Here is the most important lesson:
