We are now recruiting for a multinational company the following profile:

  • Accounting Billing clerk (m/f) German

Main Purpose of the Role:

The billing administrator is accountable for creating manual invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and for maintaining customer accounts information

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Work across the following activities:

  • Customer rental billing
  • Investigate and analyze automatic invoicing errors then perform customer account settings adjustments
  • Issue manual invoices to customers (EDI, pdf, paper…)
  • Issue monthly customer statements and reporting when requested
  • Process manual credit memos
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
  • Other customer billing (fines, fees, tolls and own damages)
  • Issue related invoices to customers
  • Register invoices into Oracle Financial AR system
  • Customer account
  • Maintain financial data of customer account and database
  • Create and update the customer master file and contact with contact information

Key skills:

  • Basic experience in accounting
  • Ability to quickly become a proficient user of the company billing system
  • Greenway and Accounts Receivable system Oracle
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good skills on Office Pack tools (Excel…)
  • Good computer skills

Language skills: German(mandatory)
