To create and support an easy, intuitive digital experience across all channels that provides the many people with access to a seamless, modern and inspiring IKEA


As tarefas serão:

  • Lead the development of a global web, ecommerce and digital channel presence across all digital devices for IKEA with the contribution of all major stakeholders.
  • Broaden our customer base by positioning the IKEA retailer as the leader in life at home creating accessibility with seamless and intuitive shopping across all channels.
  • Lead collaboration across the digital touchpoints in IKEA to connect commercial and inspirational content and functionality and thereby enhance an effective user experience that will successfully convert more visitors to happy customers in all channels.
  • Provide operational support to all IKEA web, ecommerce and digital channel teams in the countries securing the performance of the digital channels.
  • Develop the web, ecommerce and digital channel competences of the teams in the countries and to lead and inspire the teams to contribute to a positive multichannel shopping experience across channels.
  • Monitor and provide insights, data and analytics to the wider business on the web, ecommerce and digital customer journeys and performance for ongoing improvements in performance.
  • Lead and develop a competent and high performing team across the global organisation to support the multichannel transformation and offer a seamless and great Customer Experience.
  • To identify, lead and drive opportunities together with the Local Markets, Retail, Commercial and Range.
  • Lead the matrix and its development in the markets.
  • Lead the business plan process for the Web, Ecommerce and Digital channels organisation within Retail & Expansion and set the framework and preconditions for the implementation in all markets and channels.


Conhecimentos, competências e experiência necessários:

  • Know the Market & Consumer data & trends
  • Experience and up to date knowledge of digital technologies and applications (e.g. search, social, mobile, e-commerce, agile development, web design) and relevant market, customer trends.
  • Understanding of IT and processes that can support and develop business.
  • Good written & spoken English.
  • Analytical, creative, and strategic thinking
  • Negotiation, Presentation and communication skills
