Under the supervision of the manager of the department, the main responsibilities would be:

  • Classification and booking of all documentation required for accounting purposes.
  • Preparation of cashflow forecasts and bank reconciliations and other financial information.
  • Support to the preparation of financial statements and yearly accounts.
  • Preparation and support to the fulfillment of the several tax compliance obligations.
  • Review and coordination of working teams within projects assigned to it.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a BPO services firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration (PhD or Master would be a preferential factor).
  • English: Full professional proficiency. Spanish would be an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and team-player skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Empathic, organized, client, proactive, multitask, ability to work under pressure and good level of adaptation, dynamic.
