Our client is a large company in the coffe area. We are looking for a Sales Coffee Specialist (M/F) to reinforce their organization.
A coffee Specialist has to handle direct customer contacts with the appropriate media in Sales Activities in B2C context.
- 12º year
- 1 – 2 years of Contact Center experience
- Expertise in oral communication for each type of customer (open minded, listening, understanding of customer’s needs and ability to capture customer’s interest, deal with objections)
- Convincing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Problem Identification and Solving
- Stress resilience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Brand knowledge
- Focus on Sales Results
- Sales & Customer Service orientation (cross selling; up selling)
- Work efficiently throughout different teams / cross functional team work
- Native Language Portuguese
- Good level of English
