  • Full responsibility for the entire sales cycle: deal sourcing, cold calling, pitching, deal structuring, pricing, negotiation;
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development;
  • Contracting and project management;
  • Direct revenue and gross margin responsibility which is monitored on a monthly basis;
  • Grow the existing customers and create new ones in the designated regions / countries or geographies.
  • Cultivates and maintains superior customer relationships in order to provide the highest possible understanding of customer requirements and ensure end product and life cycle support satisfaction
  • Participates in the proposal process, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing and client presentations;
  • Establishes and maintains on-going customer business relationships, including site visits and anticipating and resolving potential problems. Identifies and summarizes customer requirements and priorities;

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Management or Economics;
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience (preferably Telcos, IT, Gaming)
  • Experience in International Sales is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in the payments industry, especially with a Payments service
  • Provider/Acquirer; Sector experience within Larger market is a big plus;
  • Project Management skills – to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously while making the numbers each month;
  • Problem solving and strong negotiating skills;
  • Experience in a multicultural business environment and/or international role;
  • Microsoft Office user experience (focus in Excel);
