IT Security is more challenging and complex than ever. It is not an easy task in the modern era, and between the regulations and exploding number of data breaches, to implement and maintaining a sufficient amount of information security measures and solutions.

Numerous POCs and projects are and will be in place to achieve our target.

Our GIS Security department is looking for a project manager responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific security projects ensuring consistency with our company strategy, commitments and goals

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead projects implementation, following the methodology implemented by Faurecia for project management (Gate Reviews, weekly WARs, monthly reporting…)
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate change management techniques/procedures
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts
  • Coordinate project staff
  • Track project deliverables
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to appropriate levels of management


The ideal candidate will have/be:

Education and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience collaborating in projects, including experience successfully managing various projects
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Proven experience in change management
