We are looking for a Quality Assurance software tester and Customer Care manager to integrate into our Quality Assurance and Customer Care team. Your role will be to maintain high quality standards of the software developed by Aptoide and to help us extend our email support services.
- Answer email inquiries from our worldwide user base;
- Specification of test scenarios and test cases;
- Multiple software tests execution;
- Report defects and work closely with development team members.
- Experience in software testing, preferably on websites and mobile apps;
- Experience with test automation tools;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficient in written and spoken English;
- Focus in delivering quality software and understand the end-user perspective;
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
