  • Owns the end-to-end process of Paymentwall’s merchant experience.
  • Designs and develops efficient merchant-focused processes and consistently improves them.
  • Designs comprehensive and easy-to-understand process flows and training materials for teams to use.
  • Trains all merchant-facing teams on all the relevant processes and keeps the teams informed on process updates.
  • Collaborates with a training manager in onboarding and effectively training new members of the merchant-facing teams.
  • Collaborates with the designers to constantly create superb user experiences.
  • Owns the development of a dynamic merchant portal, including conceptualization of contents that are relevant to the merchants, available in at least 30 different languages.
  • Conducts needs analysis of merchant-facing teams and implements training interventions, as needed.


  • At least 2 years experience in training and B2B functions.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of B2B support functions.
  • Proven experience in training facilitation, presentation and coaching.
  • Knowledgeable in different training methodologies and coaching techniques.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive and decisive approach in problem solving.
  • Sharp-minded and highly efficient.
