We are looking to hire a Corporate IT HR Business Consultant (Successfactors) to manage all IT related aspects with regards with the integration of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM SaaS solution in the Panalpina IT landscape and with third party solutions.

This position will be actively in charge of capturing functional requirements, providing recommendations, estimates, realization and support in relation with integration demands. This position supports the HR teams in the specification of the requirements, in their implementation and delivers high qualitative and efficient solution in relation with the HCM solution integration.


  • Support functional requirements specification and their analysis (20%)
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Estimation, conception, development of solutions incl. solution verification/testing, technical documentation (70%)
  • Coordination of implementation with HR teams (10%)
  • Analyses and delivers interfaces with SaaS HCM solution SuccessFactors as per captured and received HR requirements
  • Provides recommendation about best practices of integrating the HCM SuccessFactors with internal and external systems
  • Liaise with SuccessFactors support team on system operations and developments


  • Higher IT Software Engineering oriented education
  • At least 3 years of experience across multiple SF modules and in delivering SuccessFactors integration solutions in an international business context
  • SF EC certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud Integrations tools (Boomi, SAP HANA Cloud, …)
  • Sound understanding of HR processes
  • Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (in areas of source control, work item tracking, build and deployment automation)
  • Good database knowledge (DML, DDL, physical data modeling, …) and development skills with RDBMS is a plus
