Position Summary:

Supporting sales by either providing subject matter expertise (e.g., product or technical knowledge, interpretation, need requirements, solution configuration, installation, implementation support). Providing support to sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas (e.g., order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training proposal writing, account set up, lead generation). Renewing and maintaining existing customer relationships, ensuring thorough follow-up on client request within the scope of Reporting, Partners Liaison, Account Forecasting activities and exploring cross-geo opportunities. Provides subject matter expertise following conclusion of the sales process; more than 50% of time is spent on customer related tasks after a sale is closed (typically after solution is fully tested and validated and full implementation begins). Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer; monitoring and tracking the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation approach. Conducts audits and business reviews to ensure data is handled securely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides account analysis, complex issue resolution, quality enhancement, subject matter expertise, and back up coverage to clients
  • Role is critical to revenue retention and growth. The position requires high output, strong analytical ability, good relationship building skills, and extensive internal business process knowledge
  • Analyze complex and diverse issues/client data; preparation and delivery of client-based reporting; serves as liaison between operational staff and client relations group; back up direct client support for open positions, extended absences, and travel; analysis of key satisfaction indicators and survey information; and developing and implementing internal and external resources.

  • May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise

  • At least 3-5 years of experience within consulting or software sales, preferably within a risk management or operating platform scope. Used to interact at middle level management and able to articulate technical speech with technical team
  • Relevant college degree is a mandatory requirement (IT and Software Engineering, Management, etc)
  • Technical Skills: IT/Software and sales skills (on a technical perspective with experience in sales), Platform Integrations, Project Management, Identification of Technical requirements, Preparation project and commercial document deliverables, QC management, Test environment testing and SLA’s monitoring
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English both written and verbal is essential. Fluency in Spanish would be highly advantageous
