Role Description:

  • Provide technical support to agents via floor walking and also via acceptance of user interactions directly transferred to them by Service Desk Agents
  • Support training activities within the desk environment
  • Influence and improve the quality of knowledge articles
  • Ensures Service Desk infrastructure has the correct level of functionality and is operational
  • Proactively assists other team members to achieve team objectives and targets, may run short training sessions for Service Desk Agents

We are looking for:

  • Min of 5 Higher Education subject passes, including English & preferably IT, or equivalent relevant topics
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management (desirable)
  • Ability to influence others
  • Team Working – team player
  • Good written and oral communication skills in French and English (mandatory)
