Company: Our client is one of the largest multi-national companies that operate in the media, communications, technology and services. They are a leader of its field and employ thousands of individuals worldwide. As their international team further grows they are looking to add to their team a Customer Service Agent with fluency in Norwegian to begin work in their Lisbon based offices.


The Customer Support position covers various aspects of responsibility within the role such as:

  • Providing general and technical support to customers via inbound telephone calls as well as e-mails.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems customer problems acting to them accordingly or escalating when necessary
  • Retain ownership of cases you’ve dealt with to ensure full resolution and the customer is fully satisfied
  • Process warranties or returns from customers, dealing with issues such as refunds when needed


The skills needed in this role are as follows:

  • To be considered for the role of customer support Executive you will speak fluent Norwegian and English
  • He/She will have (6-12 months) customer service experience
  • A third level qualification is highly desirable
  • Skills in multitasking, troubleshooting and organizing are necessary for such a position.
