Your goals will be to

  • Ensure that individual, team and department sales and call handling targets are met
  • Lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of outbound sales agents
  • Ensure accurate information is provided professionally, courteously and consistently and that agents deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • Meaningfully contribute to outbound campaigns yourself depending on business requirements

To achieve your goals with us you will

  • Manage work load of the team, allocating team members to optimise service provision and administrative support across the hours operation of the call center
  • Coach team members and provide structured feedback in order to drive a continuous improvement culture within the team
  • Take calls that your agents cant handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance
  • Evaluate performance outcome against targets and react accordingly
  • Perform daily call observations and provide instructive collaborative feedback
  • Monitor and assess competence of each team member, and identify training and development needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and follow these through
  • Proactively manage schedule and turnover assisting with the recruitment and induction of new staff

You should be

  • Experienced in leading outbound call center sales teams / agents and knowledgeable in sales models
  • Proven record of achieving motivation through coaching, training, mentoring and teamwork in a sales
  • Results driven and thrive on exceeding a set of given targets
  • Confident people person with excellent communication skills
  • Able to adapt your style to and technique to communicate effectively with diverse range of staff
  • Detail oriented and able to work to processes / procedures
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to take on tasks independently
  • Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English
