Your goals will be to

  • Drive rapid growth on traffic and direct impact on revenue through various performance driven channels such as Search Engine Marketing, Facebook, Display and others
  • Optimize cost efficiency of performance marketing to make sure we are both scalable and sustainable

To achieve your goals with us you will

  • Formulate optimization strategies and guidelines on each channel
  • Adopt the latest product offerings and optimization tactics with close interactions with Google, Facebook, Yahoo and other providers on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with country MDs and marketing teams on local insights and provide input to designer teams and content teams to test and create best performing ads
  • Coordinate, guide and train internal and external teams on executional excellence
  • Work with other marketing departments to create holistic and seamless marketing strategies and coordinate with other departments such as product development team to offer a cohesive customer experience

You should be

  • Extensive experience (5-10 years) in performance marketing
  • Familiar with all major performance channels such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo, major display platforms and others
  • Great team leader and player to lead the performance marketing team and achieve the bigger goal with the entire business
  • Highly systematic and organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Strongly data driven with laser focus on impact
  • Keen to work in a highly dynamic and international environment
  • Perfectly fluent in English (both written and verbal)
