The Operations Department is currently looking for an Administrative Trainee to support the activity during 6 months. This trainee will perform administrative tasks, namely, archive, scan, fill and check information in files, systems or other documentation.


  • Academic background in social sciences, administration or similar
  • Intermediate knowledge of English
  • Strong interest in administrative tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel)
  • Experience in office administrative work (desirable)
  • Ability to deal with routine tasks and pressure
  • Full time availability
  • Soft Skills required: Focus on results, Teamwork, Positive attitude and Organizational Commitment.
