The Operations Department is currently looking for an Administrative Trainee to support the activity during 6 months. This trainee will perform administrative tasks, namely, archive, scan, fill and check information in files, systems or other documentation.
- Academic background in social sciences, administration or similar
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- Strong interest in administrative tasks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel)
- Experience in office administrative work (desirable)
- Ability to deal with routine tasks and pressure
- Full time availability
- Soft Skills required: Focus on results, Teamwork, Positive attitude and Organizational Commitment.
