  • Revenue planning
  • Customer development in conjuncture with customers
  • Discuss outstanding payments
  • Route planning
  • Telephone acquisition
  • Customer follow-up support reactivate “sleeping customers”
  • Problem handling
  • Product adjustment/recommendation


  • Sales affinity
  • Sales experience as a telecommunications sales representative
  • Field knowledge
  • High level of personal initiative
  • Communications competence / articulate

During the customer visit:

  • Present new products
  • Discuss promotions (news)
  • Product placement and presentation
  • Clarification in the case of late payments
  • Information about market and competitors
  • Clarification of returned goods
  • Revenue development over the previous months
  • Determine the current stock state:
    • which % part do we have in the purchasing volume of the retailer
    • what does the partner expect from us to increase this share

Acquiring new customers:

  • Registration in the shop – requirement commercial licence Trade, UID;
  • Photos in the shop– activation only for resellers with the appropriate trade licence.
