We’re looking for talented and professional sales agents with experience of selling to high volume, end-user organisations to find new business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the continued growth of our sales and market development in Europe.

The ideal sales agent will revel in acquiring new customers and be able to demonstrate the art of developing long term commercial relationships.

The objective is to drive the growth of our customer base and develop the sales strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long term customer retention.

We already have a home based sales resource working successfully.


We are a growing company with an innovative range of granular and liquid de-icing products combining high performance levels with strong eco-friendly credentials. With a number of established brand names already buying our products we are looking to further develop the scope of depth of our market presence across Europe.


  • Proven sales experience and sales track record
  • Natural passion for the art of selling
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Thorough understanding of market research, sales and negotiating techniques
  • Capable of dealing at senior management and board level
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred experience/capability but not essential

  • Existing sales relationships with facilities management companies
  • The potential to develop the scope of the role and assist in the development of the sales across Europe


  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, vertical integration of existing markets, networking and social media
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products/services
  • Create detailed sales plans to achieve goals and targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Manage key accounts and develop long term customer relationships
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain CRM records and data.
