As a Commerce Advisor in Air Company\Hospitality and Tourism company:
- You will provide support to small and medium-sized businesses to help them grow their businesses to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels.
- You will do Support by phone, email and chat with a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts.
- You will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
- You will assist end customers before, during and after purchase
- You will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems.
- High School, Less than 1 Year work experience
- Are you a Italian Native Speaker (mandatory) + French Fluent Speaker (Preferably)
- Are you an excellent listening and written/oral communication;
- Are you patience, empathy, and ability to manage stress;
- Have you a motivated and enthusiastic personality;
- Have you a self-organized, planning and prioritization skills;
- Dynamic and pro-customer
Required Language Skills:
- Italian – Very good
- Spanish – Very good
- 2/3 weeks introduction training and specific sales training. All training will be conducted in English and will take place during normal working hours;

- Monthly salary with performance-based bonus: 14months + Meal Allowance + Bonus;
- We are offering you a contract of 12 months with long-term possibilities;
- Working hours is 8 hours per day/5days per week;
